A Lavatory Dream
David's and my house was built in 1940, which means it has 1 bathroom... 1 very small bathroom to be exact. So, I find myself sometimes daydreaming about something a bit more luxurious...
Which one would you pick?

Oohh, I love them all! I am definitely a fan of the separate tub and shower idea, and I would love to have a claw foot tub in our bathroom one day!
ReplyDeleteI heart big tubs
ReplyDeletethe first one and the second to last....ohhhh white white white...I love.
ReplyDeleteWow, I wish my bathroom was like that......lovely pictures!!
ReplyDeleteThe first one is gorgeous, a little rustic mixed with pure elegance! I'll take it!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the mirror in the first one! Mirrors really make a room look bigger, too. :)
ReplyDeleteugh I am with you girl. I like the 2nd to last all white. Our bathrooms are so ugly and outdated... in the process of getting up the energy to change what we don't like...
ReplyDeletei'm with you on that! the house we're renting has one tiny bathroom with the most awkward, tight layout. i dream of having a double sink and a claw foot tub one day. so cool your house was built in the 40s... is it craftsman style by chance?
ReplyDeletei'll take the second to the last one, thank you. with the branch mirror from the 5th one down.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the first one. There's something about a window in the shower.....
ReplyDeleteI can't stop staring!
i love that first one. So much space and light!
ReplyDeleteI die! I want one of those in my home right now. I think I'd choose either the first or second. Lovely lovely lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love those big steel tubs... especially when they are in the centre of the room!

ReplyDeleteLiesl :)
I'm right there with you lady. Our master bath is teeeeny. And it really limits the options. Guess I'll have to drool over those inspiration pics with you!

ok so that FIRST or that last bathroom are to die for. Holy cow I love them both!! I gotta pass these on to Apb :) PS If you are ever looking for guest bloggers let me know!! XO
ReplyDeleteI dream about bathrooms like this all the time. I very badly want a shower that I don't have to slightly crouch down so my head doesn't knock the showerhead (I don't know why anyone build that so low -- I'm not even that tall). And that mirror with the wood trim? It's such a statement piece.
ReplyDeleteGasp! those are soo pretty! :) I really hope that when I have a home that I can decorate my rooms this lovely, so when people walk in they say 'ooh, aah!'
ReplyDeleteThe first one may be a little too "girly" for my husband, but I LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteLoving the 'wooden' mirror!
ReplyDeletethe first one DEFINITELY!
